Quick Stop in Germany

Finally some art on my level: decorated manhole covers.

Dear reader,

So many reasons to go to Germany - celebrate Opi Hase's birthday, see family, speak German - but the weather ain't one of them. Brrrr, it was cold in Düsseldorf. But BabyPaw and I still got some quality playground time in.

I can go way higher on the swing than BabyPaw. Well, as long as Transportation pushes me. But still, way higher.

Birthday dinner with Opi was in a fancy-schmancy place but thankfully BabyPaw and I know perfectly well how to behave ourselves, thank you very much. The food was quite good too. (They tried to fob me off with some noodles! Sheesh...)

We wore matching green bows. Happy Saint Patrick's day!

On our last day we met with some more family (there's a lot of them around these parts, such fun) and had brunch at Ab der Fisch. Pancakes with Nutella, need I say more?!

Cousin Theo brought cars to brunch. Good man.

As much as I enjoyed that family-filled interlude though, I'm grateful the authorities have whisked us to warmer climes again. I'll tell you all about it soon!

Good night, sleep tight,
SmallPaw
