Birthdays are AWESOME!

Hi guys!

So I had a birthday in Hong Kong and ahem, no one has written about it. I’m sure that was just an oversight. It does get mighty busy with the traveling and all the organizing that Mami and Papi have to do. But anyway, I really want to share this with you because this birthday was amazing. If you’ve never had one, I can only recommend it. I got cake for breakfast, a present from SmallPaw and a present from Mami and Papi and we spent the whole day at a place called Disneyland. I don’t think it gets any better than that…

Umbrellas and hats are mandatory. Well, not for me because I don't like wearing hats and I'm too little to carry an umbrella. But good that Mami and SmallPaw are protecting themselves.

SmallPaw was super excited to see Mickey and Minnie but we didn't want to stand in the looong line to take a picture so we snuck an over-the-shoulder shot like this. Not sure why the dress is coming up.

Ha, I totally got it! Everyone is balancing on one leg, including ME!

The dancers in the parade were amazing. Not only did they wear costumes and make-up in this heat, they danced and smiled while doing it! I was having trouble keeping it together just walking down the path.

Everything was so pretty with pumpkins and fairy lights.

Hands-down my favorite thing though was the Small World ride.

That was probably the best day of my life. Seriously. Wonderful.

Off to bed now so I can be ready for our volcano and lake walk tomorrow. (We are actually in Japan already and obviously dreadfully behind on the blog. Will try to remedy that soon!)
