A Very Merry Thanksgiving

Look what's behind the curtain every once in a while...

Even though our visa doesn't allow us to stay on until Christmas, we got to enjoy the next best thing here: Thanksgiving. Sally and Racey invited us to their lovely home in Connecticut together with 20 other lucky ducks (mostly family) to eat turkey, pies and more side dishes than you can shake a stick at.

A couple of hours later the table didn't look quite this civilized anymore...

Meanwhile, back in the city the Christmas season is coming closer and closer. Decorations are going up everywhere and ice skating is the entertainment of choice.
