A Good Time Was Had by All

This weekend my brother held his 40th birthday party at my sister's house and man, does my family know how to throw a party... It was a two-day affair that somehow morphed into a four-day bash. On Thursday night the local wine bar was already out of white wine, oops. But it does explain why the header picture illustrates this post very well.

Small Paw had an excellent time too, mostly playing with Yaya and the dogs but also making soup and Spiegelei at the playhouse. In short, a wonderful weekend for the whole family.
