Dear reader,

As the title indicates, we are in the best place in the world again, por fin! Mallorca, how I’ve missed you… It took long enough but the authorities finally got their act together and got us some tickets to come to this beautiful island. (And now that I’m getting my own seat on airplanes, flights are even nicer even when they’re only 30 minutes long.)

It’s not as warm as I thought it was going to be but the authorities assure me that it’s just a matter of time before I can go into the sea and wear sandals again. We still spent the afternoon at the beach, watching seagulls and cormorants and picking stones to take home (although now that I think about it, they aren’t in my pockets anymore. Hmmm, will have to have a word with Catering about this in the morning…) There were actually a few people in the water splashing about but that didn’t seem like a good idea to me what with the wind and the sun not really being out. They were English though so it’s understandable.

But there’s a bit of catch up I need to do about the last couple of weeks. Because all sorts of fun stuff happened like Easter! The easter bunny came to aunt Vicky’s house and he hid lots of eggs for us. And I got a little book about a rabbit school.

I have never eaten so much chocolate in my life, it was awesome. Bunnies are the best animals. Right after dogs.

And it was Catering’s birthday party of course where not one but TWO friends showed up as a surprise. That was great because Catering really had no clue. Transportation is good at stuff like that.
He also had a big lunch for her with everyone coming over and they made sausages in the chimney, what a great idea. The whole house smelled delicious.

Last but not least, we received a big box full of stuff from my great-grandmother in England. Mostly really old things like letters and photographs. But I also found out that gardening is in my genes.
